Nobody knows more about the shower satisfaction than we do. Because we haven't been just making showers for the last 20 years, but also taking them! I like that!!
My Story:
In the box: Shower Handle • Angle-Adjustable Overhead Bracket • 5 Foot Super Flexible Stainless Steel Hose with Solid Brass Hose Nuts• Installation instructions and a small supply of plumbers tape.
When removing it from the box I realized This hand shower is meant for the water supply to come from the top from an overhead shower arm.
My water to my current handheld shower comes from down at the faucet in the tub ↓
Works wonderfully too and No tools were need it is all tightened by hand..and it took 15 minutes to install! Would have been less time but I needed to remove the plastic hook.
Thinking of how to explain how the 7 different settings feel, 3 words come to mind wonderful, massaging and invigorating. You really have to try it for yourself. I was worried there would not be much of a difference in the seven settings but there is!! The oversized head is just perfect for completely spraying off my body faster, much faster that the little thing I had.
This also has a water flow regulator that is removable, I left mine in when it comes to water using less is always more money in my pocket.

and the flexible hose is what carries the water up to my handheld ↓  And my handheld is just attached to a plastic hook↓  no worries I already have a plan. I removed the plastic over head attachment/hook from the hand held I was currently using and screwed it on the new hand shower. Worked out perfectly. Here is a before and after picture...  |

The soft grip of the handle feels great and comfortable and I can achieve a better grip especially when I'm all soapy.. haven't dropped it yet. I was always dropping the last one and it would hurt my hand because it was hard plastic and tiny so I would struggle to keep a hold of it. This hand shower has some weight to it, feels solid, very well made. I guess you would call that Quality.....lol
This hand shower Turned out to be a really great investment and a very needed improvement!
