Authentik.city's Story In Their Own Words
" Authentik.city is a new social platform developed by Shattered Magazine.
We believe in the power of stories to break down barriers to knowing each other and knowing Jesus. We believe that if people will open up and be real about who they are, what they've been through and who God has been to them in their lives, then we will see a natural revival in our country.....a revival that comes from actually knowing Jesus.
The website (and future app) is ad-free, politics-free, judgement-free and bully-free. It is a safe place for everyone to come and connect in story. You don't have to have your stories or your faith perfectly ironed out, but we are looking to start with people who love Jesus. If You're struggling or going threw hard times, our prayer is that you build a community of support around you or others.
Our hope is that we will be able to build an app where people will feel safe to come and be their authentic selves. "
My Story
When I first read the description of authentik.city I joined immediately. I knew this was a place I needed to be. So much going on in the world and this is a site this world needs right now. A place where God and Jesus's strength, love and words resides and runs rampant.
I am still new to the site but I had to do a story on it in my blog. To get the word out to other's looking for some strength, love and words of God and Jesus and those that speak it, live it and want to share it.
