Renew Your Surrounding's With "SPRING CLEANING"

Spring Cleaning just started for some of you. For me my spring cleaning began after the holidays. I like to take my time and do it right. I am also the type that likes to clean every drawer and every shoe box...literally!

You receive a quantity of 2 of any number you choose. My apartment is number #10 so I purchased one set of  #0 [zero] and one set of #1 [one]. received 2 of each number. I purchased gold . When They arrived I was not to impressed until I opened the plastic packaging. These numbers are well made & high quality for the price! Very shinny and of descent weight and size. They are approximately 2-3/4 inch height and 1/2 inch thickness. I decided to do my mailbox today...This should be a easy task.
I removed and cleaned off the old numbering to my mailbox. While it is drying and warming up a bit, I measured and marked out where I would want the new numbers to sit.
I then prepped the numbers by starting a portion of the blue backing off the adhesive sticker itself Please be careful as I did experience a problem even trying to start to remove the blue backing. I almost pulled the whole number cast away from the sticky adhesive backing. *Please See Picture

Applied each number to where I had previously marked. Take your time doing this step too and use two hands as with any type of adhesive mail box numbers once they are applied they cannot be re-adjusted. Mine went one with out any problems.
They look good and as the pizza delivery man mentioned later that evening: He likes the change as He could really see the numbers. So I went for a ride myself and found they reflect even the smallest amount of light. When your headlight's shine in there direction you can really see them.

The next day I decided to use my second set of left over numbers and use them for my apartment address number right beside my door. Again I cleaned the area where I want the numbers to go and marked out there position. I prepped the numbers again by carefully starting the blue peel, off the adhesive backing. Be careful as I had experienced problems even trying to start a peel.

I then place each number where I marked for them to go.

AWESOME...They look good, I walked up just a bit and saw that my numbers look A lot better than my neighbors. I snapped a picture.

                             

It's a small but important spring renewal and Wow! I just noticed I have to now clean the rest of my porch. Just remember even the smallest change can make a big difference. Off to spring cleaning I shall go....
